There is 100% recycled paper (made exclusively out of used paper) and paper that mixes virgin fibers in both sides of the sheet of paper with recycled fibers in an inside layer. It can also be whitened with chlorine (emitting dioxins, carcinogenic) or without it (in this case it is called PCF).
