4th Project Management Board in ARC-CP/RAC facilities

The meeting was divided in thematic Work Packages (WP) and specific tasks, with an assessment of the activities carried out until the moment and envisioning new goals to be reached in the following months.

IAT, as Project Manager and leader of the WP1, assessed the work done and remembered the deliverables expected to be ready within the next months, up to November 2012. IAT also answered to several questions and doubts the partners had about measuring and reporting.

VITO took care of the presentation of WP3, the development of the BAT Sector Reports, one of the main outputs of the project. Mostly all company audits have been carried out in the three Mediterranean Partner Countries –Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt-, so the work follows a good progress.

Finally, IAT tackled also WP4, “Towards policy and legislative frameworks”, and CP/RAC explained the last steps in WP5 “Awareness creation and dissemination”.

The next PTM and PMB meetings will be organized between the 10^th and 14^th of December by EEAA in Cairo (Egypt).
