Keep this in mind!

To brush our teeth is to "sweep" the remains of food therein. That is mainly done by the tooth brush.

The toothpaste helps the toothbrush and provides freshness. A little bit is enough.

There is quite a lot of toothpaste that use almost exclusively vegetal and mineral ingredients.
